Digital Products Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

All sales of digital products, including but not limited to [PDFs, downloads, courses, and digital materials], are final and non-refundable.

Immediate Access: By purchasing a digital product from SoundEnglish, you acknowledge and agree that your access to the digital content will begin immediately upon completion of the purchase.
Waiver of Withdrawal: You explicitly agree that, by gaining immediate access to the digital content, you waive any statutory "cooling-off" period or right of withdrawal provided by consumer protection laws (such as the EU/UK 14-day right of cancellation).
Technical Issues: If you experience a technical defect or a corrupted file that prevents you from accessing the product, please contact us at support@soundenglish.org. We will provide a replacement file or technical support. Refunds will only be considered if the technical issue cannot be resolved by our team.
We reserve the right to block users or delete an accounts for abusing the site in any way, such as fraud, hacking, or harassment.

Intellectual Property & Limited License

All digital products, including PDFs, worksheets, and any other products produced by SoundEnglish LLC and available on SoundEnglish are the intellectual property of SoundEnglish LLC.

Grant of License: When you purchase a product, we grant you:
- a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only, or
- a classroom-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibited Uses: You may not share, email, redistribute, resell, or sublicense these files to any third party. You are strictly prohibited from using our content to create derivative works or for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
No Transfer of Ownership: Your purchase constitutes a license to access the content; it does not constitute a transfer of the copyright or ownership of the material to you.
Enforcement: We reserve the right to terminate your access to any digital products without a refund if we discover a violation of these terms. We may also pursue legal action for copyright infringement for unauthorized distribution.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL [SOUNDENGLISH] OR ITS OWNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR WEBSITE.

In any event, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product at issue.
