Sales Are Final
Because of the nature of our practice modules, which is: they are copyrighted, downloadable items, all sales are final. Plus, the contents of each practice packet is clearly outlined by the video lessons of the same step number as well as the descriptions on each product page.
Your Personal Information
We do not share any of your personal information with any outside source. Furthermore, we do not retain credit card numbers. We ask that you establish an account for your own convenience in ordering practice packets sequentially as they are needed. However, you will need to input your card information each time.
